About Me
Leslie Savage
I am a certified Focusing-oriented therapist with a Master of Science degree in Psychology for Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in Medical Family Therapy. I practice in Bellevue at CoHear/BCS in a small private group office.
In addition to being a therapist, I am a certified trainer of Focusing. I offer individual guided-Focusing sessions and teach group workshops to learn Focusing as a healing spiritual practice. I have personally benefitted from Focusing and make it available to others as a spiritual practice to maintain emotional well-being, inner harmony, and acceptance of others.
On a personal note, I am married - my husband and I have been together for 39 years and raised three sons. We have 4 grandchildren. I enjoy outdoor recreation: hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, bicycling, and downhill skiing. I love to travel, enjoy hot yoga, and find joy and unity in Focusing.
