“Going Deeper”

I know from my own experience and training that we encounter internal roadblocks which keep us stuck or confused in our pursuit of True Self. For whatever reason, our journey inward requires muddling through and shedding the overlying layers of pretense, superficiality, contradictions, and the painful places of inner criticism and self-rejection. We must do the same as the caterpillar, surrender to the Mystery of interior transformation to emerge transfigured and liberated to fly as our True Self, Christ’s beloved.

This workshop will provide you with a set of skills to navigate the overlying layers that guard, protect, and maybe even discourage your pursuit. You will learn how to love the unloveable parts and listen for Holy Spirit, the Living truth. It is through empathy and compassion that the unloveable parts are integrated into wholeness and our True Self is revealed.

In this workshop, you will:

• Find body-mind-spirit inner awareness.

• Experience grounding.

• Create space for emotional healing.

• Foster a loving presence relationship with your humanity.

• Attune to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Divine Presence within.

• Rejuvenate your heart’s divine desire or calling.

• Find a sense of security in who you are.
